By accessing, purchasing from, or using this website, programs, subscriptions, digital content, coaching services, supplements, or related offerings (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

3. Nature of Services & Medical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

  • Services do not constitute medical advice
  • No doctor–patient relationship is established unless stated in writing

  • Payments processed via Shopify and Stripe
  • Subscriptions renew automatically
  • You authorize recurring charges
  • Prices are in USD unless stated
  • Non-payment may result in termination

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • All sales are final unless stated otherwise
  • Refunds only if explicitly offered
  • Cancellations stop future charges only
  • Chargebacks may result in termination

9. Shipping Policy

  • Shipping times are estimates
  • International orders may incur customs fees
  • SOMA is not responsible for delays or lost packages after delivery

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials are owned by SOMA Functional Health LLC and may not be used without permission.
